Under the Tuscan Sun

Don't roll your eyes, of course I was going to use that caption at least once in Italy! That's not where the cheese ends, if you have a peek at our obligatory Pisa photos.

Highlights:
- Having a bench moment on a farm in Chianti
- Finding the mug of all mugs at 40% off
- Deciding that I like dessert wine because it makes a dinner consisting of five pastas, three types of veal and four desserts much easier to digest
- Scoring leather jackets with my man (and belts and bags and sandals and wallets)
- Opening old school doors at our guest house and pretending that an old Italian couple have taken me into their home while I study the art of gelato making
- Telling Ram off for eating a power bar in Siena Cathedral
- Climbing the bell tower in San Gimignano for views that rival any other winery I've been to ... Barossa Valley in SA, perhaps?
- Overlooking the whole city of Firenze from Piazzale Michaelangelo
